About the Role

We are hiring a React Native Team Lead who will own and drive mobile engineering delivery across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of React Native developers

Communicate directly with clients to understand business requirements, clarify scope & provide technical consultation

Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines.

Architect scalable and high-performance mobile applications with clean and maintainable code

Review technical solutions and architecture designs before implementation

Conduct regular code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

Mentor mobile engineers through pair programming, knowledge sharing, and technical upskilling

Integrate third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, and APIs

Manage app releases for App Store and Google Play Store

Improve team productivity by introducing mobile development best practices and process improvements

Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and technical excellence within the team

What Should You Have?

3–8 years of mobile app development experience (Minimum 3 years React Native)

Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with Redux Toolkit, Redux, Context API, Zustand or MobX

Native Modules knowledge is a plus

Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, OneSignal, Payment Gateways

Ability to lead and mentor developers and manage delivery timelines

ReactJS is plus

Experience Qualification

Bachelor Degree

Leadership experience in managing a team of 3–6 engineers preferred
