**Job Title: Production MIG Welder**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to support production by performing MIG welding on cabinets for end-use customers. The role involves working from blueprints to prepare materials for welding and engaging in fast-paced welding on the same product throughout the day.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on production cabinets.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to prepare materials for welding.

+ Engage in fast-paced welding activities to meet production deadlines.

+ Ensure high-quality welding standards are maintained throughout production.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in production welding.

+ Some form of welding certification or accredited coursework in welding.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with TIG welding is a plus.

+ Experience in stainless steel and aluminum welding is advantageous.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**

The position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on production MIG welding. The role requires working on a 2nd shift from Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm to 2:00am, with initial training on the 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm. Individuals should be comfortable working quickly and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, Ohio.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
