JOB PURPOSE: The Field Key Account is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment and customer communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Commercial Policy: Collaborate with Market Developers to implement the sell-out Commercial Policy.
Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations.
Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress.
Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution.
Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed.
Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements.
Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients.
Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams.
