HRIT People are excited to be working with a leader in the manufacturing field that is undergoing an SAP Transformation in the supply chain, with a focus on migrating their global warehouse management system to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). With 19,000 Global Employees in 20+ Countries.
The team is currently searching for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant to join them on a full-time permanent basis. A Hybrid (yet flexible) position where the ideal candidate can be based in the region of Baden-Württemberg, ideally close to Stuttgart / Heilbronn.
Requirements:
You will optimize global warehouse processes in SAP, adding value to our production plants and internal teams. With strategic insight, you’ll design innovative solutions and set technical standards that fit the IT landscape and adapt to new developments.
Working with specialist departments, you’ll analyse logistics processes, independently implement solutions in SAP EWM, and ensure they perform well in daily operations. Acting as a bridge to the business, you’ll translate requirements into test concepts and manage successful go-lives.
When needed, you’ll specify custom SAP extensions and oversee their implementation. You’ll also support decentralised SAP EWM rollouts worldwide, coordinating teams and ensuring high-quality results.
You can confidently read ABAP code, analyse it in the debugger, and create specifications on a level playing field with developers. Practical development experience is a plus.
You will actively contribute your expertise to the S4 implementation and shape the future of SAP EWM
Experience:
You hold a degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent qualification in a technical or business-related discipline.
You bring extensive project experience, having successfully contributed to multiple EWM projects, especially in production environments, from initial planning through to go-live.
Alongside strong expertise in SAP EWM customization, you are well-versed in interfacing with related and external systems, ideally complemented by solid experience in SAP WM or Stock Room Management.
4+ Years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM/WM
The on-site presence is ideally 2-3 days a week. The Office is a 25-minute drive from Central Stuttgart, a 45-minute drive from Heilbronn. Compensating up to 100,000 EUR + Benefits.
