Your tasks:
Development of new flavours in lines with customer projects and proactive projects
Responsible for the assigned tasks regarding adherence to briefing guidelines considering specified costs, legislation and deadlines to be kept
Matching of competitor’s flavours
Optimizing and adjustment of existing flavours for special applications
Evaluation and utilization of analytical results including chromatography & sensory analyses
Evaluation and introduction of new raw materials
Handling of projects in close cooperation with Application, Sensory, Marketing, Sales and other specific departments
Support of Key Account Managers (customer visits inland and abroad)
Support of production regarding the implementation of flavours from laboratory measure into production measure
Your profile:
Master degree of Science in Chemistry, Food Science/Food Technology or comparable education
Flavourist with at least 5 years of experience in the area of sweet flavour creation
Knowledge of sensory analysis tools
Fluent language skills in English and good level in German would be appreciated
Knowledge on vanilla, vanilla extract and vanilla flavour development is preferable
Good teamwork / team player
Appreciates to work in an international environment
Good communication skills
