Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales goals and deliver 5-star service.

Offer every client a personalized, high-touch shopping experience.

3+ years of experience in premium or luxury retail store management.

Deep love for fashion, style, and authentic client relationships.

Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.

Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.

Passionate about being on the floor, setting the tone, and leading by example.
