We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Private Assets and his direct reports within the Investment Solutions department. This role is essential to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations by relieving the team of a wide range of administrative tasks.

Administrative Assistant

Your Role :

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Private Assets and his team.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.

Handle expense reports and invoice processing.

Organize team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Assist with onboarding of new team members and coordination of internal processes.

Your Profile :

Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally in a financial or investment environment.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different working styles.

High level of discretion and professionalism.

Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English; French is a plus.
