About the Role:

Lead the delivery of workplace experience programs, integrating hospitality, design, amenities, and services to create an exceptional work environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Space Planning, Strategy, Communications, etc.) to align initiatives with client culture and business goals.

Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation.

Oversee hospitality standards and training for onsite service teams, ensuring consistent, “white glove” customer service.

Monitor space readiness and operational quality, ensuring facilities, meeting rooms, and common areas meet workplace standards.

Proactively identify improvements to amenities, events, and programs that foster connection, engagement, and well-being.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related discipline; background in customer experience, workplace, or facilities management preferred.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in workplace, hospitality, or client experience roles within corporate environments.

Strong communication (Thai & English) and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, implement feedback, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude and customer-first mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to workplace technologies and data tools.
