We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or databases
Schedule appointments for the sales team based on availability and client interest
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM systems
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments
Communicate professionally and persuasively to build rapport with prospects
Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent
