Requirements:

Exigences requises : Diplôme universitaire en sciences des aliments ou l'équivalent. Connaissance de diverses procédures et techniques de laboratoire standard. Certifications SIMDUT-laboratoire et biosécurité en laboratoire valides. Les candidats ne possédant pas les certifications peuvent les faire en ligne avant le début des cours. Expérience dans le domaine du cours. Une expérience de l'enseignement universitaire est un atout.

Nature du travail : Mise en œuvre des principes théoriques appris dans NUT1524 Sciences des aliments II (cours magistral). Préparation et remise en place du laboratoire.
