Starting with the role:
Currently we are searching to hire an Assistant Construction Project Manager who will support Project Management of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and other energy projects, in terms of stakeholders coordination, supervision of construction and assurance, to make sure that the project will be completed on time, with the quality required and within budget and scope.
During your day you will:
Support the Construction Project Manager and cooperate with teams across Renewables and Project Development Departments towards defining project scope and objectives and ensuring technical feasibility
Support the Construction Project Manager towards ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality and budget
Participate in the development of a detailed project plan and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors and perform on site supervision when required
Monitor budget and provide recommendations to the Construction Project Manager to make any necessary adjustments
Prepare and maintain the required project documentation and top management status reports
Handle changes to the project scope, schedule and costs, in cooperation with the Construction Project Manager, using appropriate verification techniques
What you need to stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in construction field and RES projects
Strong understanding of the execution of RES projects
Knowledge of RES project execution regulatory and Health and Safety framework
Knowledge of power engineering, electricity production and transmission
Experience in managing contractors and technical teams on project sites
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and Autocad
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
