Job Title: Sales Executive

About Us: Our company operates an apparel business with a focus on the Asian market. To strengthen our sales division, we are currently seeking a new, motivated individual to join our team. Based in Hong Kong, this role involves deepening relationships with existing clients and developing new markets through business travel across Southeast Asia. We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is eager to take on this challenge.
Job Description:
Manage all sales activities within the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and by understanding their needs.
Develop new business by identifying potential clients, setting up appointments, and conducting sales negotiations.
Travel to Southeast Asian countries for client visits, market research, and to explore new business opportunities.
Present product proposals, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and handle contract procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production management, logistics) to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
Native Japanese speaker or hold JLPT N1 or above.
Business-level proficiency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the apparel industry.
Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Asia.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to HKD 35,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Double Pay (13th-month bonus).
Performance-based bonus.
Business trip allowance.
Annual Leave: 7 days in the first year.
Medical insurance.
Visa sponsorship.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:45.
