A leading FMCG manufacturer in Boston is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a fast-paced environment where your skills will directly impact site performance and reliability.

What youll be doing

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery

Fault finding and repair across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems

Supporting continuous improvement, changeovers, and new installations

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and technical standards

What youll need

Time-served or qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Level 3 Engineering or completed apprenticeship)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Background in FMCG or manufacturing environments

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across a shift-based role
