Bilingual Community Manager

Position: Residential Community Manager – Bilingual (French/English)

Location: Ottawa

Start Date: November

Do you love people, problem-solving, and making things run smoothly? Are you fluent in English and conversational French, and have a knack for leadership in fast-paced environments? If so, we want you to be the heartbeat of our residential community!

What You’ll Do:

- Manage daily property operations, including rent collection, maintenance, and compliance with tenancy regulations.

- Lead a small on-site team (maintenance + leasing) and coordinate with supporting accounting and marketing teams.

- Conduct inspections, organize suite turnovers, and oversee supply procurement.

- Deliver exceptional resident experiences, including move-ins, lease renewals, and community events.

- Contribute to budgeting, reporting, and operational decision-making.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is outgoing, personable, and loves working with people

- Has operational experience in luxury retail or hospitality

- Can handle leadership responsibilities with ease

- Is comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite

- Has post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or related field an asset
