HR Project Partners is hiring a Regional Manager on behalf of our Client. The Regional Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations in New Brunswick, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance.

This role demands a leader with a hands-on approach, capable of managing industrial service contracts, optimizing logistics, and leading a culture of safety and accountability.
Essential Job Functions:
Brings a leadership style that turns strategy into action by setting direction, following through, and developing people’s strengths
Resiliency during peak work to make sound decisions that keep the business moving forward and teams engaged
Lead and manage daily operations of the New Brunswick branch, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and service delivery
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with corporate goals
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, municipalities, and regulatory bodies
Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to promote high performance and professional development
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost control
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, reporting, and resource planning
Oversee equipment maintenance, fleet management, and site logistics
Respond to emergency service calls and coordinate rapid deployment of resources when needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or industrial services
Experience in waste management, environmental services, or industrial contracting is a strong asset
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence
Strong understanding of provincial and federal environmental regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software systems
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
