In this role, you'll provide essential patient care across diverse healthcare environments, ensuring the highest standard of comfort, safety, and well-being for all patients.Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient health by assessing vital signs, performing wound care, and documenting patient conditions.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.

Provide bedside care, supporting patients with activities of daily living as needed.

Observe and report any changes in patient conditions or concerns to the supervising RN.

Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Support patients with mobility needs, including turning, repositioning, and transferring.Educate patients and families on healthcare instructions and follow-up care.Requirements:

Must have an active LPN license in the state of New Mexico.

BLS certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
