KIT Recruitment is currently working with this engaging and supportive Food Manufacturer in the London, Ontario area and we are actively looking for an applicant that has a desire to get into a supervisory, team lead role and take on more responsibilities. You will work in both Team Lead and Production roles. You will be responsible to provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences.
Team Lead, Relief Details:
*Schedule is provided 2 weeks in advance.
Schedule: A-Shift (start between 1am - 9:45am)(Scheduled 4 days a week between Monday-Saturday)
B-Shift (11:30am - 8:15pm), 10hr shift, Flexible (Scheduled 4 days a week between Monday-Saturday)
Production Associate: Probationary wage, $20.56 after probation $22.85
Team Lead, Relief: Probationary wage, $26.42/hr 70 shifts (probationary period) $29.37/hr after probation
Additional +$0.75 shift premium for any hours worked between 7pm-5am.

Team Lead, Relief Duties:
Provide training and direction to production team when Team Lead is off for up to 15 direct reports
When not performing Team Lead Duties you will complete production line duties in our various production areas
Planning and organization of operating functions and responsibilities
Working with operating and manufacturing equipment, adjusting and troubleshooting
Adherence to procedures, sanitation & quality compliance, safety practices
Team Lead, Relief Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a FOOD Manufacturing facility in a production capacity
Some past supervisory experience required
Scheduling flexibility in availability
Minimum of a high school diploma
Effective judgment, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
Leads the workforce by setting high standards for safety, punctuality, attendance, enthusiasm, work ethic, and personal effort
Strong English communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with computer applications comfortable learning new systems
