Your New Role

With a start date in October and undergoing initial Fulcrum training and offering support at our Fulcrum Pakenham store, you’ll then be part of a fresh team in Carrum Downs, with the opportunity to:

Perform advanced suspension work including 4x4 lift kits, GVM upgrades, brake upgrades, and performance lowering kits

Diagnose suspension, steering, and underbody issues and perform repairs and alignments to optimise vehicle performance and safety

Work hands-on with our R&D teams, providing feedback and helping shape the next generation of suspension technology

Support our Fulcrum technicians and apprentices

About You

You could be a perfect fit if you:

Are a qualified automotive mechanic passionate about suspension, 4WDs, and vehicle performance

Are coming to the end of your second year or in your third/fourth year of a Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology apprenticeship who is keen to take the next step in your career and cement yourself in the auto industry

Take pride in your presentation and are self-motivated, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality service

Communicate clearly with team members

Thrive on learning, tackling technical challenges, and staying ahead of automotive trends
