Commercial Associate

Minimum requirements:

Experience (including during articles) in corporate and commercial law

Newly admitted to 2 Years post article candidates are welcome to apply

Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations

Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and company law

Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
