Data Migration Specialist - Anticipatory

FreeBalance is seeking candidates under an Anticipatory Opportunity for potential project needs in Armenia.

Qualifications and Certifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Certifications: Certifications are strongly preferred, as they demonstrate technical competence in modern data architecture and analytics practices. Candidates should hold one or more of the following:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate

AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration, database management, or ETL/ELT processes.

Proven expertise in writing and optimizing data migration scripts.

Demonstrated ability to handle the migration of classified or sensitive data in public sector applications.

Prior experience with large-scale government IT projects is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
