We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biochemistry-Postdoc to join our dynamic team. This is primarily a bench-focused research position, with strong emphasis on experimental design, execution, and data analysis. The candidate will have the independence to push forward novel antibody screening approaches while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across chemistry, bioinformatics, and instrumentation. This role will report to the VP, Biochemistry and is a 1-year Post-Doc program with the possibility of conversion to a full-time employment at the end of the program.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop a mammalian display antibody screening system integrated with the Aviti24 platform
Apply expertise in antibody engineering to construct, screen, and optimize libraries as well as cell transfection and maintenance
Develop and implement computational analysis pipelines to interpret large datasets, supporting decision-making in experimental design and conclusions
Collaborate closely with bioinformatics, sequencing, and biochemistry teams to advance technology development
Present findings internally, author publications, contribute to patents, and conference presentations
Education and Experience:
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biophysics, or a related field (completed within the past 2 years)
Demonstrated expertise in antibody display technologies (e.g., mammalian, yeast, or phage display)
Strong hands-on skills in molecular biology, cell culture, protein expression, and assay development
Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for performing data analysis for biological datasets
Experience integrating wet lab workflows with sequencing-based readouts
Publications or patents demonstrating innovation in antibody engineering or protein design
Hands on experience with custom microscope based platform
Familiarity with high-throughput sequencing data analysis is a plus
Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to conduct independent research
Exceptional publication record
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Base Compensation Pay Range:
$70,000 - $85,000
In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for no cost health insurance plans, 401k with company match, and flexible paid time off.
