Pinnacle Metal Products is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.

With over 40 years of experience, we pride ourselves on craftmanship, precision, and a commitment to delivering quality steel solutions from design through installation. We have been a leading fabricator of stairs, railings, and light structural steel serving commercial and industrial construction markets throughout Ohio and surrounding states.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in miscellaneous or structural steel fabrication

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, field erection, and steel detailing software (Tekla experience is a plus)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate clearly under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Our Project Manager will:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from award through closeout

Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and scope

Coordinate with internal departments including estimating, detailing, purchasing, and production

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Issue and track RFIs, change orders, and submittals

Conduct job site visits and coordinate with general contractors and field crews

Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and delivery schedules

Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
