ERC Project Manager
About ERC:
ERC is an environmental contractor serving the environmental and civil contracting industry centered around soil and water quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and estimate civil/environmental construction projects (spills, cleanups, remediations, tank removals, restorations, demolitions, brownfield work).
Oversee project execution, field crews, and supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Read plans, estimate costs, manage schedules, implement quality control, and ensure safety protocols.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality control programs.
Participate in business development and client relations.
Assist with recruitment, training, and development of field staff.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management or estimating for civil/environmental construction projects.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software and construction plan take-offs preferred.
Education: High school diploma or vocational training required.
Other: Valid driver’s license; ability to work both independently and in teams; strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay based on experience ($70,000-$90,000 annually).
