About the Role Movers / Helpers * Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods * Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes up stairs) * Deliver exceptional customer service on every job * Opportunities to travel throughout the United States Drivers * All mover/helper duties plus safely drive 26 ft.

box trucks to and from job sites * Complete pre- and post-trip inspections Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews Pay & Benefits Drivers * Starting at $18+/hr (based on experience) * Training pay: $17/hr (first 2-60 days) Helpers * Starting at $15/hr * Training pay: $14/hr (first 2-60 days) Additional Compensation: * Tips - Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips * Profit-Sharing Bonus - Every 6 months after 1 year of continuous employment * 401(k) - Company match up to 3% * Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves Qualifications Driver Requirements: * At least 21 years of age * Valid/Active driver's license for 2 + years * No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
