Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team of Industrial Assemblers. This is a hands-on role where you will learn to assemble various parts and equipment used in material handling systems. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications

Use hand tools and measuring devices (e.g., tape measures) accurately

Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks efficiently

Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsRequired Skills

Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers)

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

Strong attention to detail and quality

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Dependability and punctualityRequired Knowledge

General understanding of mechanical assembly processes

Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing environment

Basic math and measurement skillsAbility to Implement

Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures

Work independently and as part of a team

Adapt to changing priorities and production needs

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required but a plus)
