Aperçu du poste :

Le coordinateur amélioration continue & qualité système pilote des projets d’optimisation des performances industrielles tout en assurant la conformité et l’efficacité du système de management de la qualité (SMQ).

Il/elle joue un rôle clé dans la transformation des processus et dans la pérennisation des bonnes pratiques. .

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez

Identifier les axes d’amélioration et animer des chantiers Lean (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, etc.).

Mettre en œuvre des outils de résolution de problèmes (PDCA, 8D, DMAIC).

Suivre les indicateurs de performance et mesurer les gains obtenus.

Gérer et faire évoluer le système de management de la qualité selon les normes en vigueur (ISO 9001, IATF 14001, etc.).

Préparer et conduire les audits internes et externes.

Mettre à jour la documentation qualité (procédures, instructions, enregistrements).

Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux outils Lean et aux exigences du SMQ.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent) avec spécialisation en production, qualité ou amélioration continue.

Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un environnement industriel (automobile, aéronautique, pharmaceutique, etc.).

Certification Green Belt ou Black Belt appréciée.

Maîtrise des outils Lean / Six Sigma.

Bonne connaissance des normes qualité (ISO 9001, IATF 16949…).

Capacité d’analyse de données (Excel, Power BI, Minitab…).

Conduite de projet et gestion du changement.

Bon relationnel, pédagogie et capacité à fédérer.
