Our client is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join their friendly, professional team Yateley.

This is a term:time position, 8:30am:4:30pm, supporting children from Year 3 to Year 6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex needs.

About the Role Youll work closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists to deliver high:quality therapeutic support.

This includes: * Supporting individual and group therapy sessions under therapist guidance * Implementing therapy interventions and producing resources * Developing therapeutic relationships with children * Monitoring progress and providing feedback to therapists * Liaising with parents and school staff regarding childrens needs and progress * Maintaining confidential records and supporting the preparation of training materials * Developing knowledge of therapy techniques such as PECS, Intensive Interaction, or sign language What Our Client Offers * Term:time position, 8:30am:4:30pm * Salary: A GBP 24,000 : A GBP 27,000 FTE * Supportive, collaborative, and welcoming clinical team * Opportunities to learn and develop specialist therapy skills * The chance to make a meaningful impact on childrens development Requirements * Recognised training in Special Educational Needs (desirable) * Experience working with children with complex needs (desirable) * Strong interpersonal, flexible, and team:focused attitude * Ability to work independently while following therapist guidance * Physically agile and able to work therapeutically at floor / table level * Car driver or reliable means to reach the school site If youre ready to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to a dynamic team and support childrens development, wed love to hear from you.
