We're looking for a Support Worker to work with a young man who loves walking, hitting the gym, and making the most of the great outdoors.
You'll be supporting a fun:loving, active young man who thrives on staying fit, exploring outside, and having a good giggle.
Your day could include: : Going for walks and enjoying the fresh air : Supporting gym visits and encouraging fitness goals : Planning outdoor activities and mini adventures : Sharing plenty of laughs and friendly banter along the way : The client is a 19:year:old male living in his own home with an acquired brain injury, whom you will be supporting on a 1:1 basis to access social activities : The client requires rehabilitation assistance and support in the community : The client is chatty and bubbly and would love someone with a similar personality supporting them with outdoor and indoor activities Successful Applicant: : Must have at least 12 months experience in complex care settings : We require someone who drives and has access to a car (can accept manual or automatic) : We would love someone who is bubbly, engaging, with great communication skills, and a kind, caring nature This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person's life.
