Electrical Maintenance Engineer : Woking, Surrey Location: Woking, Surrey Salary: GBP 43,000 + Overtime Shift: Split shifts : 6:00am:2:30pm, 2:30pm:10:00pm, 8:00am:5:00pm (rotates every 3 weeks) We are seeking a Multi:skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established Building Services Company at a state:of:the:art site in Woking, Surrey.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with proven experience in electrical building maintenance.

Some mechanical experience is also required to handle basic mechanical tasks such as PITS and FITS.

Key Responsibilities: : Conduct daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks : Respond to emergency callouts : Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting controls : Routine mechanical work such as toilet, drainage, tiling, and sink maintenance : Fault finding and maintenance of AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, and LV systems : Lamp and ballast replacements : Emergency lighting testing : Pump and filter changes, generator maintenance, and panel troubleshooting Requirements: : City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation : Commercial building maintenance experience : City and Guilds 18th Edition : Some mechanical skills to perform basic tasks Package Includes: : GBP 43,000 salary + overtime : Annual leave plus bank holidays : Pension scheme : First:class internal and external training : Recognition scheme : Excellent workplace culture : Career progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer looking to work in a dynamic environment with strong professional development prospects.
