Role Overview: We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our expanding team.

This role involves working 12:hour shifts in a rotating pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, and 3 nights off.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced machinery, ensuring seamless and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production levels.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to reduce downtime.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem:solving skills.

Ability to work 12:hour shifts, including the rotating pattern of days and nights.

High attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Effective communication skills and a team:oriented mindset.
