Project Manager

JOB : Project Manager LOCATION : Bournemouth TERM : Permanent SALARY : GBP 40,000 to GBP 50,000 per annum (plus benefits) My client is a well:established Engineering and Manufacturing company that delivers bespoke solutions to a range of industries.They are looking to take on a Project Manager to overseetheir projects simultaneously from initial concept through to completion at their site in Bournemouth.

The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes: - Proven experience managing multiple engineering or manufacturing projects at once - Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail - Experience liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams - Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation - Familiarity with project management methodologies : PRINCE2 certification is desirable but not essential - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong commercial awareness and problem:solving ability - Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software The Project Manager role will involve: - Overseeing multiple engineering/manufacturing projects concurrently - Managing the full project lifecycle : from proposal and design through to delivery and installation - Dealing with suppliers to ensure materials and components are sourced on time and within budget - Coordinating with design, production, and quality teams to meet project objectives - Managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively - Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed - Producing project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up:to:date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
