The successful candidate will have responsibility for both Used Truck (UT) and Short:Term Rental (STR). This person will lead both teams and drive sustainable growth and profitability in line with overall business strategy and agreed budgets.

The Role in Brief: A Lead and oversee the used and short:term team A Responsible for UT and STR assets, including ancillary products and budgets for both fleets A Identifying appropriate investment to the total rental fleet A Develop strong relationships with the Sales teams of both Direct and Indirect channels A Part of the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to ensure Company Goals and Objectives both short and long term are achieved A The Person Required: A Asset management experience in material handling, construction, plant or similar industries A Strong leadership skills A Technical background/understanding A IT literate
