What Youll Be Doing: * Lead and Develop the Quality Management System (QMS) * Own Audits : internal, external, customer and certification (including BRC) * Drive Improvements through non:conformance reporting and incident investigations * Coach and Inspire a team of 10 across QA and Lab functions * Be the Expert : confidently run BRC audits and manage customer complaint processes What Youll Bring: * Proven experience in Food Quality Management, Quality Assurance or Technical Management * Strong background in B2B complaint handling * Hands:on experience with non:conformance reporting * Confident in BRC auditing (solo capability required) * Demonstrated leadership in a quality or lab environment * HACCP Level 2 certification QA Manager : Hitchin * Up to GBP45,000 * 11 Pension Scheme * 33 Days Holiday Ready to lead quality in a company thats hungry for innovation?
