Childcare Solicitor : 3+ Years' PQE, Leicestershire, GBP 40,000: GBP 50,000 DOE An excellent opportunity for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Leicestershire.

The successful candidate will take the lead in managing a busy and varied caseload while also providing supervision and support to junior members of the team, including Solicitors, Paralegals, Caseworkers, and Trainees.

Job ref:1480 The Role: - Provide expert legal advice to parents, guardians, and CAFCASS:appointed Children's Guardians.

- Manage all aspects of childcare law matters, including legal aid and CCMS procedures, emergency protection and police protection orders, child protection case reviews, and other public law children matters.

- Offer guidance and expertise to both team members and external clients.

The Candidate: - Minimum 3 years' PQE in a dedicated Childcare Solicitor role.

- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Strong communication and client care skills (written and verbal). - Confident in training and mentoring colleagues to promote best practice.
