Role: Sous Chef Youll support the Head Chef in leading a team of five, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly while helping to develop and deliver quality dishes from the core menu and daily specials.
What you will do * Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
* Lead shifts and manage the team in the Head Chefs absence.
* Maintain high standards of consistency, flavour, and presentation.
* Help plan and create seasonal specials.
* Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
