Client is seeking a talented landscape designer with up to six years of experience for our Landscape Architecture department, in our Annandale, VA office. This position is in the office 5 days a week.

Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture.

• 0–6 years of experience preparing hardscape and landscape plans for rezoning, site plans, and construction documents.

• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and Mid-Atlantic native plants.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and MS Office.

• Strong design, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Diverse land development expertise preferred (grading, SWM, erosion/sediment control).

• Experience with multi-use developments, residential, commercial, data centers, or storage facilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with Northern Virginia jurisdictions and county review processes.

• ISA Arborist Certification or accredited training.
