Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and client-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing LED display solutions business. This role demands a mix of technical understanding, consultative sales skills, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with B2B prospects across East India in relevant industries.

- Conduct client meetings to understand display requirements—both technical and aesthetic.

- Offer tailored solutions using Pexora’s product range, in collaboration with technical teams from Xtreme Media.

- Create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with

client needs.

- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sale coordination.

- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to enable repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline tracking.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B solution sales (preferred: high-ticket tech, AV, infrastructure, or capital goods).

Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Skills

o Excellent communication and presentation ability.

o Consultative selling approach and a strong client-service mindset.

o Ability to understand and convey technical information clearly.

o Self-driven and target-focused.

Education: Graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
