Role: Business Development Executive – Travel Sales
Location: PTR Towers, Bypass Road, Madurai
Type: Full-time No WFH 10-hour shift ( 6 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
Convert leads from WhatsApp, calls, ads into confirmed travel bookings
Share clear quotes & itineraries (with inclusions/exclusions)
Follow up, negotiate, and close deals with timely payments
Update CRM (Bitrix24) daily with notes, next steps, and payment status
Achieve clearly defined monthly sales targets
Meet weekly/monthly targets and submit reports
Skills Required
Spoken English & Tamil + 1 Additional Language
Strong sales mindset and disciplined with follow-ups
Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
Prior travel sales experience is a plus
