Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nashik. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and developing and implementing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include conducting customer outreach, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, training staff on sales techniques, and overseeing sales management activities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven Sales experience and skills

Experience in Training and Sales Management

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the machinery or related industries is a plus
