Work Mode: On-site (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

About the Role

Dignifyd Tech & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and detail-oriented WordPress Designers & Developers who can bring creativity, performance, and precision to every project.

You’ll be responsible for developing modern, responsive, and visually appealing websites using WordPress, Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery — while ensuring strong focus on color theory, design consistency, and UI/UX grading.

Open Positions

1. WordPress Designer & Developer (Mid-Level)

Experience: 4–5 years

Compensation: 35,000 – 50,000 per month

Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Lead WordPress website projects from design to deployment.

Build and customize themes, layouts, and plugins.

Maintain high UI/UX standards, design balance, and responsiveness.

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams for brand-aligned results.

2. WordPress Junior Designer & Developer

Experience: 1–2 years

Compensation: 25,000 per month

Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior developers with theme customization and content setup.

Create responsive layouts and reusable design components.

Test, troubleshoot, and maintain website performance.

Learn and apply design grading and color harmony principles.

Core Responsibilities (All Roles)

Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor/Divi/WPBakery.

Implement consistent color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Customize themes, integrate plugins, and ensure mobile optimization.

Manage security updates, backups, and version control.

Perform cross-browser testing and maintain high design standards.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in WordPress CMS, Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.

Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP.

Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva for design interpretation.

Knowledge of SEO, caching, and performance optimization.

Excellent eye for color balance, contrast, and clean layouts.
