In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Own and manage workplace platform applications used across the E.ON Group

Define and align application strategy with business and IT objectives.

Oversee the full application lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, updates, and retirement.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.

Support integration and migration projects across the application ecosystem.

Monitor application performance, usage, and user satisfaction.

Drive adoption and change management initiatives.

Maintain technical documentation and training materials for end users.

Report regularly on application status, KPIs, and improvement opportunities.

What we need from you:

bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field alternatively profound track record in the targeted field

strong expertise in enterprise workplace applications and platform ownership

proven experience in application lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination

familiarity with IT strategy, governance, and compliance frameworks

experience in application delivery, deployment, and integration

solid understanding of service management and user adoption practices

strong understanding and experience in Microsoft Intune (and other Microsoft technology stacks)

excellent communication and documentation skills

full proficiency in English

german language is a plus
