Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects within deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, implementing agile practices, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects across their full lifecycle — from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and QA engineers.

Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure timely sprint delivery.

Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure issue resolution.

Oversee project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.

Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and client

expectations.

Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery roles.

Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent skills in project planning tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Understanding of cloud technologies, software architectures, and SDLC.

Required Experience

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.

Prior experience managing AI / Data Science / ML projects.

Experience working with clients in Finance / Banking / Insurance or technology domains.
