Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2–5 years of proven experience in data management, analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that guide decision-making, optimize operations, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large, complex data sets from multiple sources.

• Design and implement dashboards, automated reports, and visualization tools.

• Conduct in-depth statistical and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for management and business units.

• Collaborate with Operations, and other departments to ensure data-driven strategies.

• Support predictive modeling, forecasting, and advanced analytics projects.

• Establish and maintain data governance, integrity, and accuracy standards.

• Train and mentor junior analysts on data tools and reporting best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role in FMCG.

• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel for statistical modeling and automation.

• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.

• Strong knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling and automation.

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
