Job DetailsProject Manager Civil Engineer - Land/Site Development - Riverside LocationResponsibilities:Leading business development efforts and pursuit planningProviding technical oversight and review of existing project activitiesDesign experience focused on grading, utilities, low impact development, drainage and public improvementsManaging staff, budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimatingReviewing client service needs and contractsActing as client advocate while maintaining client satisfactionAssisting with entitlement process and permit processing for development projects and coordinating with land use consultantsEducation/Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional registration (PE license) as a Civil Engineer in the state of CaliforniaMinimum of 3+ years' experience as a project manager in civil engineering design with private development, facilities, infrastructure and public works design projectsAbility to manage multi-discipline engineering projects, clients and staff; set fees and negotiate contracts including: prepare and deliver presentations; write proposals; respond to RFPs and RFQs, and project invoicingPrior experience delivering projects for private developers in Southern California and surrounding area municipalities, agencies and institutionsExpert technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures**Will relocate!Interested in hearing more?
