We’re Hiring a Shop Foreman – Heavy Duty Truck Repair

We’re a busy heavy-duty repair shop looking for a Shop Foreman who can keep the floor moving, help wrench when needed, and make sure trucks get out the door right the first time.

If you’ve been turning wrenches for years and know your way around a diesel, this might be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Running the floor, managing techs and workflow

- Handling diagnostics and complex jobs when it counts

- Making sure quality is on point and jobs stay on schedule

- Working with service writers and customers

- Coaching techs who need it, keeping the team sharp

What You Need:

- Strong diesel repair experience (Class 8 trucks, trailers, etc.)

- Good at problem-solving, not just parts-changing

- Leadership skills — can you keep techs focused and productive?

- Solid communication — you’ll deal with customers and management

- CDL is a plus, but not required
