Moving Field Supervisor

About the Role:

We're looking for a strong leader with moving industry experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations at a location with 2–5 trucks, a crew of 5–15 employees, and over 800 clients served annually.

This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to spend about 50% of your time in the field on moves and 50% supporting the team through training, truck maintenance, hiring, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and team performance across multiple crews

Participate in moves to ensure service standards are met

Train, onboard, and support new and existing movers

Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness

Communicate with customers on-site to resolve issues and exceed expectations

Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years in the moving industry

At least 2 years of in-the-field moving experience

1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

At least 23 years old

Fewer than 3 infractions on driving record

Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safely
