Project Manager – Electronic Security

Location: Perth, WA

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex electronic security projects across commercial, defence, and government sectors throughout WA, with a strong focus on the Perth Metro region.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of electronic security projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes. Your role will include:

Leading the planning, execution, and completion of security system installations including alarms, access control, CCTV, and integrated solutions

Coordinating internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery

Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction

Monitoring project performance and implementing best practices to optimise outcomes

Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience in project management within the Electronic Security or related technical field

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Australian Citizenship (required for Defence-related projects)

WA Security License and ability to obtain NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance

Excellent organisational and communication skills
