We’re a well-equipped general practice with the tools to support high standards of care — including digital x-ray, dental radiography, in-house diagnostics, and a purpose-built surgical theatre. We have the foundation — now we’re looking for a Head Veterinarian with the resilience, drive, and leadership skill to take things to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading clinical standards with confidence and clarity.

Building trust with clients and developing strong relationships.

Managing day-to-day operations including financial performance.

Coaching and supporting your team through change and growth.

Driving continuous improvement in patient care and client experience.

What You’ll Need to Bring

Veterinary Science degree (or equivalent) + QLD registration

Clinical confidence across general practice medicine & surgery

Leadership experience or the hunger to step into that space

A calm, solution-focused mindset — even when things get tough

A collaborative attitude and strong emotional intelligence
