Contract Cleaner

We are looking for motivated individuals who are excited by the opportunity to be their own boss. We currently have many available contracts, ranging from 10k-50k annually. Run your own business without the red tape of being a franchise owner. We are committed to helping you be successful. We award contracts to subcontractors based on quality, professionalism, communication & relationship. We have various industries that we service from restaurants, office spaces, and apartment complexes.

Compensation- Per contract - 10k-50k annually

Essential Functions

Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.

Clean and stock restrooms as needed

Follow and complete a job schedule within the time frame allowed

Empty trash receptacles inside and outside

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or the equivalency of the same

Must have a valid driver s license and must own your own vehicle

Must obtain and maintain your own cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies

Must obtain Workers Compensation and keep current each year

Must have use of a current smartphone to be eligible for contracts

Other Requirements

Effective communication skills

Extremely detail oriented

Self-motivated, highly independent and proactive

Must be able to read and write in English.
