Position Purpose: To nurture existing customer relationships and ensure maximum satisfaction to both external and internal customers

Customer Relationship Management
· Follow up with customers- existing and potential- on documentation compliances- during negotiation stages, pre-execution and post-execution of lease agreement (BG/ Insurance, other documents)
· Update customers on manufacturing status in case of new rakes/ off-hire intimation in case of existing rakes, etc
· Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
· Customer grievance redressal- interaction with respective Sales manager(s) and other functions as required to address customer issues. A proper tracking system to be maintained
· Visit customers to address issues with Sales manager (occasionally)

Qualifications

This individual must be able to interact effectively with and present to all levels within GIPL.
Individual will have regular contact will customers.
Education and/or Experience Required (including certifications):
Must have a Degree in any discipline
Min 6-8 years’ experience in Sales Support/ Customer Service
Proficiency in MS Word/ Excel/ Power point
